That is why we're proud to announce the launch of 2C Workforce Solutions, a commercial staffing agency that aims to bridge the gap between employers and talented individuals looking for a fresh start.

With a wide-ranging suite of services including second chance hiring, mental health, and education and training resources, 2C Workforce Solutions aims to build a stronger, more inclusive community while transforming lives through meaningful connections.

As part of our mission, 2C Workforce Solutions will partner with companies across a wide spectrum of industries – manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, IT, and administration – to facilitate local training, transitional housing training, and both pre- and post-release opportunities for individuals impacted by the criminal justice system.
