These men and women, who have paid their debt to society, deserve a second chance – one that allows them to turn their lives around and become valuable contributors to their communities. The centerpiece of this transformative journey is access to meaningful job opportunities that not only provide a means of livelihood but also serve as a vital stepping stone toward successful reintegration.

That is why we're proud to announce the launch of 2C Workforce Solutions, a commercial staffing agency that aims to bridge the gap between employers and talented individuals looking for a fresh start.

The workplace is a microcosm of the world we live in. It reflects our values, our diversity, and our capacity for empathy and growth. If we are truly committed to fostering a just and inclusive society, we must extend this commitment to our approach in hiring and providing opportunities not just for formerly incarcerated individuals but for everyone seeking opportunity. 

2C Workforce Solutions will connect businesses in need of skilled workers with individuals pursuing those employment opportunities. With a wide-ranging suite of services including second chance hiring, mental health, and education and training resources, 2C Workforce Solutions aims to build a stronger, more inclusive community while transforming lives through meaningful connections.

As part of our mission, 2C Workforce Solutions will partner with companies across a wide spectrum of industries – manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, IT, and administration – to facilitate local training, transitional housing training, and both pre- and post-release opportunities for individuals impacted by the criminal justice system.

The central pillar of success is to truly understand the needs and interests of individuals seeking the necessary opportunities to thrive within their communities, and to create staffing plans that companies and job seekers can easily understand and implement in pursuit of their goals.
