Jessica L. Artz
President, 2C Workforce Solutions
Jessica Artz leads the national roll-out of 2C Workforce Solutions’ second chance hiring program. Previously, Artz led the Reintegration and Community Engagement function at ViaPath Technologies where she focused on providing tools, resources, and support systems for individuals reintegrating into their communities post incarceration. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and is a longstanding member of the Society for Human Resources Management and remains an active member of the World at Work Compensation Association.

Richard Bronson
VP Business Development
Richard Bronson leads the 2C Workforce Solutions development team. After his own sentence for securities fraud, he served as Director of the reentry nonprofit, Defy Ventures. He then launched 70 Million Jobs, the first national, for-profit employment platform for people with records. He’s served as a consultant to a number of reentry organizations including the Women’s Prison Association.

Tony Lowden
Chief Social Impact Officer
Tony Lowden is an advisor to 2C Workforce Solutions. He previously served as the Executive Director of the Federal Interagency Council on Crime Prevention and Improving Reentry. He works with the leadership team and valued partners to leverage opportunities for community support and to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, community partners, and civic and political leaders.

Michelle Simon
Sr. Vice President Second Chance Programs
Michelle Simon leads the second chance hiring program with a dedicated focus on connecting second chance and justice involved candidates with meaningful and impactful job opportunities. She works with community partners and employers to find each candidate the right position. Michelle has 20+ years of strategic staffing experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Criminal Justice and a dual minor in Psychology and Sociology.
